Exchange Policy

We have a 2-day exchange policy, which means you must request an exchange within 2 days of receiving your item.

We only offer exchanges in case of manufacturing defects. Refunds are not provided under any circumstances.

To request an exchange, please email us at unboxessentialsindia@gmail.com with your order details, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the defect.

Items sent back without prior exchange approval will not be accepted.


Conditions for Exchange

The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required. Exchanges are processed only after inspection and approval of the returned item.


Damages and Wrong Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us immediately at unboxessentialsindia@gmail.com so we can arrange the exchange.


Partial COD Orders

For Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the prepaid amount is strictly non-refundable if the order is cancelled, refused, or not accepted by the customer at the time of delivery. Partial COD amounts will not be refunded under any circumstances, including cancellation initiated by the customer.
